Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Ed mobile application (“the app”, “we”, “our”). By downloading or using AI Ed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

AI Ed provides educational courses in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Claude Code, including lessons, exercises, quizzes, and certificates of completion. Content is provided for general educational purposes.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

3. Purchases

AI Ed offers a one-time, non-consumable “Lifetime Access” in-app purchase that unlocks all current and future course content. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content; reverse engineer or tamper with the app; or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

All course content, text, graphics, logos, and software in AI Ed are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning. AI Ed is an independent educational product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third party whose products may be referenced for educational purposes.

6. Disclaimers

The app and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular learning outcome, employment, or certification recognition.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Ed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
